SMS terms and conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by GTM Consulting LLC ("GTM Consulting") from its business phone number, (801) 405-1123. The program supports low-volume, one-to-one business conversations and missed-call follow-ups. It is not used for cold outreach, purchased lists, or bulk promotions.

How messages begin

You opt in by texting (801) 405-1123, by calling that number and asking GTM Consulting to reply by text, or by otherwise explicitly asking us to contact you by text. The only automated message is a single missed-call follow-up. Other messages are direct replies from GTM Consulting.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you initiate a new request or opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email dan@gtm-consulting.io.

Consent and eligibility

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You must be the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number you provide and must be at least 18 years old.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and mobile information. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS message data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
